If you&#8217;re paying by cash, payment is simply due at your appointment. Please bring the correct amount where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 Cancellation Policy<br>I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Your horse requires urgent veterinary care<\/li><li>You or your child is unwell<\/li><li>Another unforeseen medical or family emergency<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be no cancellation fee, even if it&#8217;s within 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c For cancellations with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice that are not due to an emergency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Single session bookings: The full session fee will still be payable.<br>Session packs: The booked session will be forfeited and deducted from your pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for understanding. As a small business, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
