LMentz of Pulse – PEMF Therapy for Dogs
I have succussfully used PEMF on dogs after some serious accidents or diagnosis, mainly ligament injuries and spinal cord issues.
Pet ailments that PEMF have helped successfully include; arthritis, pain relief, sprains and strains, orthopaedic injuries, hip dysplasia, cronic organ disorders, depression, immune system, osteochondritis, vertebral disorders, asthma, allergies, epilepsy, aid fracture healingm post surgical healing, palliative care.
IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease) is a major ailment we use PEMF on and have had great success. IVDD is a common spinal condition, often inherited, where the discs that cushion the vertebrae weaken, slip, or rupture, leading to pressure on the spinal cord. This pressure can cause severe neck or back pain, instability when walking, paralysis, or loss of bladder function. It is particularly prevalent in chondrodystrophic breeds such as Dachshunds, French Bulldogs and a few other breeds.
Three big success stories are of 2 dashchunds with IVDD, Pinot and Ellie and a Red Healer with IVDD, Tenor. Please see the Success Stories tab to read about them.
A whole-dog session is 45-60 minutes.
