To help appointments run smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read the following.
💳 Payments
All sessions and packs are required to be paid prior to your appointment, unless you’re paying with cash on the day.
💵 Cash Payments
Cash is always welcome! If you’re paying by cash, payment is simply due at your appointment. Please bring the correct amount where possible.
📅 Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to change.
✔️ If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, such as:
- Your horse requires urgent veterinary care
- You or your child is unwell
- Another unforeseen medical or family emergency
There will be no cancellation fee, even if it’s within 24 hours.
❌ For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice that are not due to an emergency:
Single session bookings: The full session fee will still be payable.
Session packs: The booked session will be forfeited and deducted from your pack.
Thank you for understanding. As a small business, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you. These policies help ensure I can continue providing reliable service while also offering appointments to those on my waitlist.
